2. Information on the processing of personal data
   In the context of your use of our products and services, we process your personal data. Our products and services include any (i) software and hardware products sold by QSC’s Pro Audio business unit, (ii) software and hardware products sold by QSC’s Q-SYS business, (iii) customer care, technical and after sales support services, (iv) professional commissioning services, (v) live or online training services, (vi) Q-SYS Reflect and other platform or cloud-based services, and (vii) any other services provided by QSC relating to the foregoing (together “Products and Services”). This Privacy Notice only applies to processing of your personal data for which QSC acts as a data controller.

         The types of information we may collect directly from you include:
         • identifiers such as your name, alias, address, phone numbers, QSC account log-in information, or a government-issued identifier (such as an ID you provide for identity verification, which in some cases may reflect citizenship or immigration status);

         • information that may reveal age, gender or gender identity, race, sexual orientation, or other protected classifications, for example if you create a profile;
         • commercial information, such as purchase and Product registration and warranty information, such as information regarding the Product(s) you purchase (e.g., model and serial number of the Product, your intended usage of the Product and the receipt from your Product purchase), the retailer or other entity or individual from which you purchased the Product(s), why you purchased the Product(s) and any other information you choose to provide;
         • internet or other electronic network activity information, including content interaction information, such as content downloads, streams, and playback details; the content of email and text messages, such as those you can send with Alexa or that are processed through Alexa’s VIP Filter; or information used to prevent and detect fraud or other unauthorized activity, including informing customers if such activity were to affect them;
         • geolocation data, such as the location of your device or computer, which may in some cases constitute precise geolocation information;
         • data and information from Q-SYS Cores and Q-SYS and third-party peripherals connected to, monitored, or managed using the Services, such as: system and peripheral logs (including syslogs and event and licensing logs), operating system metrics (including CPU load and memory and file system usage), design summary information (including inventory of connected devices and software components and plugins used), device and sensor telemetry (including ethernet statistics and loading conditions); and
         • other information you choose to provide, such as when you participate in a survey, contest, offer or promotion or in any interactive areas of the Products and Services, or when you request technical or customer support.
      2. Information we collect automatically
         When you access or use the Products and Services, we collect the following information about you through the use of automated technologies:
         • internet or other electronic network activity information, including certain log file information such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, location, operating system, browser type and language, Internet service provider, access times, pages viewed, links clicked and other information about your activities on the Products and Services;
         • information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Products and Services, including the device model and configuration, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, network information and information about your use of our applications;
         • if you have given your consent via the applicable QSC Software, we collect technical, diagnostic and usage information and other data and information related to your use of QSC Software which includes, but is not limited to: design metrics such as hardware inventory and a list of software components and their properties; device configuration information and general location (e.g., country, state/province, and city); and Q-SYS Software version, build number, summaries, and metrics;
         • information collected by cookies and other tracking technologies, if you have given your consent via the cookie banner. For more information please refer to our Cookie Notice.
         • geolocation data, such as the location of your device or computer, which may in some cases constitute precise geolocation information; and
         • inference data, such as information about your purchase preferences.
      3. Information we collect from third party sources
         QSC may receive information from other third party sources and combine it with information we collect directly from you or from automated technologies. Specifically, we may collect your personal information from the following third parties: dealers, integrators, distribution networks, and other QSC commercial partners. This information helps us update, expand, and analyze our records, develop and improve QSC’s Products and Services, identify new customers, conduct surveys, sweepstakes and contests, and create more tailored marketing to provide Products and Services that may be of interest to you.
